Tickets are money, and gates are trust. We treat security as core to the product, not an afterthought — protecting your account, your payments and the integrity of every pass.

We never store your full card details. Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant partners, and card and mobile-money data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Every transaction runs through fraud checks before it completes.

Each ticket carries a signed, single-use QR pass. Once it’s scanned at the gate it can’t be reused, which stops duplication and screenshot fraud.

Entry scans sync in real time so the same pass can’t be used at two doors.

We hash passwords, monitor for suspicious logins and support verification on sensitive actions.

You can help by using a strong, unique password and never sharing your QR passes until you’re ready to enter.
