Buy a ticket
- 1Open the event and pick a ticket type.
- 2Enter your details, then choose M-Pesa, Airtel Money or card.
- 3Approve the STK prompt on your phone (or complete the card payment).
- 4Your QR e-ticket appears instantly and is emailed to you.
Transfer a ticket
- 1Go to Portal → My Tickets and open the ticket.
- 2Tap Transfer and enter the recipient’s email or phone.
- 3They receive their own fresh QR code.
- 4Your original QR is voided so only one person can enter.
Get into the event
- 1Open your ticket in Portal → My Tickets — it works offline.
- 2Show the QR code at the gate.
- 3Staff scan it once; screenshots or copies won’t re-enter.
- 4Add it to your wallet or calendar beforehand for quick access.
Create & sell an event
- 1Sign up as an organizer and verify your profile.
- 2Use Create Event to add details, ticket tiers, media and lineup.
- 3Publish, then share your event link or a payment link.
- 4Track sales in your dashboard and request M-Pesa payouts anytime.
